My name is Zetah Young and I’m the owner of Serenity Therapy, PLLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Illinois. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Spelman College and my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler University.

With my decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, we will work together to increase the skills needed to manage and navigate through life. I offer expertise and tools needed to assist my clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, anger management, life transitions, substance use disorders, domestic violence, and relationship issues. I believe in providing a high-quality holistic patient-centered approach to address the behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial health of my clients.
