In therapy, we get to understand our individual stories and work towards writing the future we envision for ourselves. I recognize that each person has a unique perception of the world and these differences should be embraced in a supportive and judgement free environment. In my therapeutic practice, I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing techniques in conjunction with solution focused interventions to problem solve solutions to develop practical and individualized coping strategies for depression, anxiety, substance use, and other severe and persistence mental health issues.
