Description

Zandra Baker, MS, LPC is a therapist passionate about family dynamics and the influence of those dynamics on us as individuals. With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University, Zandra has 10 years of experience working with individuals and families, including children, teenagers, and young adults. She believes that everyone has their own unique story to understand and commits to supporting the process of developing that story.

Zandra has worked in outpatient, hospital, intensive in-home, and school settings, and believes it is important to take a holistic and collaborative approach to counseling to achieve a better understanding of ourselves. Zandra enjoys working with tweens and teens toward emotional regulation, families towards cohesion and improved communication, and individuals through depression, anxiety, adjustment, stress, and grief. While specifically using cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and gestalt therapies, Zandra has a multidimensional approach to identify the resources best suited to help individuals meet their goals. By focusing on these goals, with your strengths and family history, she supports you towards growth, healing, and healthy relationship development.
