Life can be difficult, overwhelming, and confusing, and figuring out the hard parts will be what we do in therapy together. As long as you're open to the process and willing to try new things, we can work towards the change that you want to see for yourself, your relationships, and your life overall. This could look like gaining coping skills to improve your daily life, working through unaddressed trauma, increasing self-awareness and self-esteem, and even exploring your identity.
I use a client-centered, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented approach to create safety and trust within our relationship, so you feel empowered to work towards your specific goals. My approach centers collaboration, intention, and insight as a means to growth and healing. I truly aim for my sessions to have that warm, conversational feel.
