Description
I view therapy as a collaborative relationship grounded in trust, respect, and authenticity. Your lived experiences deserve to be affirmed, and I create a safe, inclusive space where you can show up fully as yourself, without fear of judgment.
My approach is trauma-informed, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from CBT, ACT, somatic work, and motivational interviewing techniques. I also like to add humor and can gently challenge you when needed.
We’ll explore areas such as how to be your authentic self, life transitions, i.e., going off to college, starting a new job, or ending/beginning a relationship, trauma healing, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns.
Together, we’ll focus not just on surviving but on helping you thrive, embracing your strengths, and rediscovering your inherent worth.
