Description

You lead, you decide, you hold a great deal with grace. Still, there may be a quiet knowing that it’s time to be supported in a way that matches the life you’ve built.

Therapy here is not about fixing or forcing change. It’s about creating intentional space; space to slow your pace, listen inward, and tend to what has been carrying you through demanding seasons.

At Yemaya Wellness Center, we provide culturally responsive, high-touch therapy for high-functioning Black women navigating anxiety, burnout, boundary fatigue, and meaningful life transitions. Our work is thoughtfully paced and deeply attuned, integrating talk therapy with somatic awareness, reflective practices, and expressive arts to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and sustainable well-being.

This is care designed for women who are ready to feel supported without having to explain themselves.

We invite you to browse our website to learn more about our clinicians, our approach, and the spaces we create. You may schedule a complimentary consultation to speak with a member of our clinical team this week and explore whether our care is the right fit for you.
