The focus of our practice, is to assist adults, children, and families identify the root of their concerns. I assess situations in your life which attribute to current emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns. I will educate clients on their diagnosis if applicable to client. Everyone in therapy does not have a diagnosis. I will also assist you with identifying short-term goals you can take home, and focus on between sessions. While supporting your strengths/hopes I will help clients develop independence and eventually have the skills to be their own therapist. Being a therapist is not just a job for me it is a lifestyle. I take care to treat clients as individuals. I allow clients to call/text me personally to set appointments, ask questions, reach out in crisis situations, and provide updates between sessions if needed. I can respond as quickly as possible.
