We'll use an overall wellness approach addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. Using an interactive approach, I am committed to building good rapport, trust, and providing a safe space for clients to have open dialogues about their concerns. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, attachment theory, and person-centered.
