🤚🏾I'm Whitney. I love helping black women improve the relationships they have with themselves. Life is challenging, especially for black women. We deal with so much as women, moms, and a population that is consistently unprotected. It makes sense that sometimes, it’s just too much. I love helping women deal with the too-muchness and heal from the traumas we’ve experienced as an individual and as a collective.
I help women process through past experiences, learn new coping skills, and figure out how to alleviate the ongoing stressors within their lives.
