I specialize in supporting Black women navigating racial trauma, workplace stress, and the pressure of constantly showing up strong in environments that don’t always feel safe or affirming. I also help women heal from relationship patterns shaped by family dynamics, past hurt, and identity-based stress. My approach is warm, culturally grounded, and CBT-informed, giving you a supportive space to process your experiences, strengthen your boundaries, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself.
