I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I enjoy my work as a therapist, working alongside clients and so they can better manage their emotions, improve their lives, and ultimately find a balance. Whether you are navigating life as a college student or entering a new chapter in young adulthood or later in your life, I can partner with you in these difficult times. You may be reinventing yourself and grieving over the life you thought you had.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness techniques, and other modalities to meet clients where they are and to fit their unique needs.
I work closely with clients to assist them in learning new techniques, developing new coping skills, and guiding them to solutions towards the wholeness they seek. Let's start the process of starting a new chapter in your life!
