I believe in meeting a person where he or she is and providing him or her with the tools needed to begin healing and maintaining that healing. That process looks different for each person and that is why I believe in an individualized approach (i.e., using techniques such as CBT, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered) because one size does not fit all.
