I see therapy as teamwork and it is my goal to partner with you through your journey. I enjoy using a variety of treatment approaches including CBT, trauma-informed therapy, DBT, person-centered, attachment based therapy, and strengths-based approach.
With diverse individual and group counseling experience including work with adult survivors of trauma, at-risk youth, couples in crisis and families in turmoil, I will be able to encourage change that allows people to identify and stand in their truth and be their best self.
