Now offering play therapy and trauma-informed therapy in-office and virtually (8&up) for children ages 3-17 to address behavioral and emotional challenges.
If your child lacks interest in activities, appears sad most of the time, or acts out, it could be a sign of a deeper issue. Fatigue, headaches, and other physical pains often have an underlying cause of anxiety or depression. Perhaps their teacher reports they talk excessively in class, lack effort, or have trouble concentrating. If you’ve tried everything with little or no improvement, I’m here to help. My approach tackles these issues head on and empowers you as the parent all while helping your child feel heard and understood. I believe all children are capable of overcoming challenges and becoming the best versions of themselves.
Whether a child struggles with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, or trauma, my goal is to restore hope, increase confidence, and provide the developmentally appropriate tools needed to achieve cognitive, emotional, and behavioral wellness. I use effective techniques that help with impulse control, low self-esteem, negative thinking, and coping skills.
I provide a safe space for children to learn and grow at their level. My approach is tailored to meet individual needs, with an emphasis in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. I offer afternoon & evening appointments. Please email me for a free 15-minute consultation or to schedule your child's first session. I look forward to connecting with you!
