Description

I'm Victoria, a BIPOC licensed therapist with 9 years of professional experience in the mental health field. My specialties include Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem issues, women's issues and grief but my practice is open to supporting clients with a multitude of life's challenges.

As a BIPOC, Female, I am cognizant of the adversity's life can throw at you. Utilizing therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Art Therapy, I can support you with understanding how to overcome struggles of your own. A calm, non-judgmental safe space will be offered for you to be you. You will take the lead to eventually get to a collaborative treatment space. There will be some hard times to face, but I am also here to add a smile and a light -hearted joke when appropriate because as we know laughter is the best medicine.

I aspire to inspire healing and growth of BIPOC individuals and couples. I wholeheartedly understand that change is hard, but I hope that when I am seen by the BIPOC community, they see a brighter, colorful future.

My practice accepts some insurance providers and can provide superbills for out of network clients. Please reach out to learn more!
