Veronica holds a Master of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling from Argosy University. She’s been practicing therapy for over a decade. She works with adolescent and adults on various issues such as depression ( which looks like feelings of loneliness, worthlessness, lost of interest in normally enjoyable things, self doubt, etc), anxiety ( which looks like feelings of panic, fear, uneasiness, excessive worry etc), burnout, life transitions, career progression, self-worth issues and family stressors. Veronica brings a warm genuine presence to the counseling session. She believes that by using her counseling skills she can facilitate hope, resilience and compassion for self and in one’s ability to achieve their goals in and out of the counseling session.
