I am a strength-based therapist who believes that we all possess strengths and positive qualities that will allow us to fight challenges that we are faced with. At times it is difficult for us to identify our strengths, and I strive to help individuals and couples identify their strengths that help keep us going during the most difficult times. I am here to listen to your experiences and your stories. We all have different stories to tell, and I value providing a warm and non-judgmental space to listen and provide support and guidance. My inspiration lies in helping individuals live authentic lives and being able to authentically connect within our relationships.
