Hello and welcome to my profile! I've worked in mental health for more than 14 years. For almost 8 years, I provided both therapy and medication management to adults (25+) living with Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD (NY only). I am also trained to provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I recently added body-oriented coaching services (in/outside NY) around personal growth and development, spirituality, and creativity. The current payment model for Body-Oriented Coaching is "pay what you can."
I approach care with the belief that you are the expert of your life journey and that you have the answers to the questions you hold. My role will be to help you uncover those answers through a holistic, collaborative, trauma-informed, approach using somatic, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic informed strategies.
