Are you ready for change? Do you have goals for treatment? I am here and ready to help you! I am dually licensed as an Associate Counselor (LAC) and a Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with experience working in settings that include inpatient and outpatient, along with community work as an IIC in New Jersey. I have worked with individuals of different cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, and sexual orientations.
I concentrate on helping people overcome negative thinking patterns while building self-esteem as they navigate life’s challenges. My commitment to guiding people along the recovery process includes managing depression, anxiety and other mental health issues while achieving balance in life.
I use humor and honesty, as well as useful techniques to help individuals achieve their goals. I have found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Stages of Change to be highly successful when working with Co-Occurring populations.
