I help people manage anxiety, depression, and work to avoid burnout in order to develop and maintain healthy relationships with the significant people in their lives. Together we will explore what is currently a challenge in your life and work to identify how best to move forward. If you're struggling with feeling overwhelmed, having relationship issues, life transition issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression I'm here to help. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I integrate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, amongst other modalities to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.

Seeking therapy can be stressful and scary but you're making the right choice and you deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
