I use culturally relevant and strengths-based therapeutic approaches in my work with adults and couples. My specialties include supporting people impacted by trauma, experiences of marginalization and oppression, and attachment difficulties. I also offer tools to help tackle issues related to relationships, career and identity exploration, as well as ADHD and executive functioning concerns.
