I am SUPER passionate about supporting Black and Latinx womxn+. It can be so hard to deal with societal pressures and wanting to get things “right”.
I have experience working with womxn struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Additionally, I have a gentle approach to working with others. I am very compassionate, understanding, and a good listener. I hope that we may work together on your therapeutic journey.
Fun facts about me are I enjoy spending time with my partner, son, our rescue dog (Nala Woo --yes she has a middle name LOL), the warm outdoors, and a good book!
