I am SUPER passionate about supporting Black and Latinx women and nonbinary folx. It can be so hard to deal with societal pressures and wanting to get things “right”.
I have experience working with women and nonbinary folx struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Additionally, I have a gentle approach to working with others. I am very compassionate, understanding, and a good listener. I hope that we may work together on your therapeutic journey.
I practice solely online. What does that mean? You can meet with me electronically via the comfort of...well, you get to decide that!
