I love working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, codependency, homelessness, trauma and substance abuse in an individual and group setting.

My therapeutic approaches are diversified to assist your individualized needs that may include Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Client Centered Therapies. My holistic approach explores with you the importance of nutrition and gut health on overall functioning, yoga poses, creating affirmations, meditating with crystals, incorporating nature in emotional wellness, self care practices and visualizations. I also enjoy offering workshops/group work on Chakras (naming them, identifying the color, positioning on the body, the effects the chakras has, etc).
