My name is Utopia Session. Yes, I said Utopia. That imaginary place that’s supposed to be perfect, that’s me!! However, I am far from perfect, but I may be a perfect fit for you. I am a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a DE Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional. I come with 27 years in the field of Behavioral Health Services. I’ve worked with Adolescents, Women and Men experiencing addictions with mood altering substances, Co-Occurring Disorders and persons identified as a NYS Impaired Drivers. I can provide professional and life coaching.
The first step will be to assess you and your needs and if you and I decide we are a great fit, then we will get to work. Together we will collaborate to build up your skills.
