Healing comes in many forms. At Unconscious Art Space, we help our clients heal by using various forms of art. Our clients express their thoughts and emotions by engaging in dance/movement, visual arts, music, psychodrama, and poetry. If you are a person who struggles with expressing your issues when talking, then expressive arts therapy may be best for you. You will be able to take the lead in each of your sessions by choosing which method you would like to use in your healing journey.
