I am so glad you are here. I am a licensed clinical therapist. I am licensed in the state of Florida, Tennessee and Missouri. You might be feeling dissatisfied with your current life and direction, experiencing big life changes, destructive behavior patterns, struggling to achieve your weight-loss goals, your personal or professional goals or simply wanting to find a safe space to deepen your relationship with yourself and the most important people in your life.
