When pain enters our lives, it can be powerful and disheartening. This oftentimes causes us to isolate ourselves from others. I believe that healing is rooted in connection. I find it fulfilling to help women discover and/or reconnect with their strengths. Everyone is capable of improving their overall quality of life.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic environment for my clients in individual, family, and couples counseling. I specialize in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and women's issues. I am trained to use evidence-based practices to help you relinquish the past, cope with the present, and look forward to a prosperous future.
It’s a blessing that work doesn’t feel like work; that’s what happens when my values aligned with my purpose. The more I facilitated therapy, the more I found out how much I enjoy empowering women to meet their potential. I learn just as much from the women as they do me.
