Description

With over ten years of experience, I’ve helped women find their strength and break free from the pressures that often keep them from prioritizing themselves. My passion lies in supporting you as you heal from the burdens passed down through generations, while guiding you to uncover your inner voice and build resilience.

In our sessions, I create a space where you can be real—no judgment, just honesty and care. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, managing relationship stress, anxiety, or big life transitions, my goal is to help you embrace your unique journey and equip you with tools for lasting growth and healing.

Clients often describe me as caring, direct, and intuitive, with a knack for challenging them in ways that spark real transformation. They also say I’m funny, which I take as a compliment! I use humor and storytelling to make the healing process more accessible and relatable—because laughter can be a powerful tool in your journey. If you’re ready to make space for yourself and experience meaningful change, reach out to schedule a consultation. Let’s take this journey together.

Safety, Softness, and Slowing Down
Safety, Softness, and Slowing Down is a BIPOC-affirming therapy group that offers a culturally responsive space to rest, exhale, and reconnect with yourself. The group centers emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and gentle reflection, while acknowledging the impact of chronic stress and the pressure to remain resilient. Participants are supported in starting to move out of survival mode and toward greater presence, self-compassion, and connection.
