Description
Starting therapy can be a challenge. Where do you begin? Who do you turn to? What should you say—and how? Choosing the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and the fear of all the “what-ifs?” may even make you want to quit before you start.
I take a holistic, tailored approach to therapy, focusing on the unique experiences and needs of each client. By understanding your personal story, I aim to guide you toward healing and growth in a way that feels right for you.
I focus on cultivating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space where you feel supported. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for positive change, helping you move forward with confidence and ease.
