I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who loves working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I work with teens and adults on issues such as identity; anxiety and stress management; depression; coping skills; emotion regulation; self-esteem; and improving relationships.
I work with couples on managing conflicts and increasing friendship & intimacy. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work.
