This process includes communication, honesty, and connection in order to change your current narrative. I am also a Trauma-Focused CBT trained therapist who works with individuals who have experienced trauma such as PTSD, complex trauma and sexual abuse. Moreover, I work with individuals, couples and families encouraging my clients to reconnect with their bodies to create harmony and balance emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially.
