I am a Staff Clinician at the Resilience Therapy Collaborative and serve as a Group Facilitator in the Resilience DBT & Eating Recovery Program. I provide culturally sensitive and competent mental health care to male and female adolescents and adults and I treat the full range of eating disorders, anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. I enjoy working with all ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations within the eating disorder realm. My specialty is in helping clients create healthy body images and love for themselves.
Thru the framework of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), I help individual clients and groups increase their resilience and coping skills when faced with internal and external stressors.
Together we work on holistic wellness and assist you in integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual health into your life to resolve eating disorders and disordered eating. Please, feel free to connect with me. I would love to hear from you.
