I provide counseling for adolescents (14+) and adults suffering from a range of concerns such as: depression, grief/loss, anxiety, stress, suicidal thoughts, crisis, women's issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. My passion is to help my client develop the necessary coping mechanisms to withstand the many stressors of life and come out on top!
