I am trained through EMDRIA in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have a certificate in mindfulness based cognitive therapy. My specializations include treating traumatic stress, depression, difficult life transitions, anxiety disorders, suicide and self-harm, stress management, self-esteem, and mood disorders.
