Well versed in parent communication, skill building and mental wellness techniques, I am passionate about helping you find strengths and solutions for recovery. My approach is simple. I meet you where you are, and provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to grow.
I can provide interventions to address trauma, anxiety, interpersonal issues, stress management and depression. Techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Solution-Based Therapy.
