Greetings! The most valuable lessons I’ve learned as a therapist are the power of validation, flexibility and the art of reframing. Validation gives individuals permission to be human without judgement. Flexibility in the therapeutic process offers confidence in an undoubtedly vulnerable place. I acknowledge clients as "the expert" in their life experiences and respect their pace towards recovery. I absolutely love witnessing the “ah ha” moments. Challenging individuals to discover new alternative ways to think gives a sense of hope and possibilities, which is what the therapeutic journey is all about. I'm excited to work with you!
I can provide interventions to address trauma, anxiety, interpersonal issues, stress management and depression. Techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Solution-Based Therapy.
If I were to use one word to describe myself, it would be determined. I am continuously determined to challenge individuals to be their best selves. It is the most rewarding feeling to see someone overcome their personal obstacles and realize their true power.
