Hi, my name is Tracey, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have vast experience with populations ranging from adolescents to adults and have comprehensive knowledge of treating those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. I provide individual, family, and couples counseling. I offer treatment modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation exercises, and mindfulness.
Wherever you are in your life journey, I'm interested in hearing your story, creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and working together to build a life you love, step by step.
Mental health concerns are conditions—not character flaws. Overcoming them often requires support and guidance from mental health professionals, and that's where I come in. In our work together, we'll collaborate to identify any roadblocks on your journey, look at your experience from a new perspective, and find solutions to support and improve your quality of life.
My philosophy is "benevolent curiosity." Expect me to ask lots of questions and work with you to reconstruct your story into one of empowerment.
I know this path is hard, but there is hope for change. Starting therapy is the path to acceptance, wellness, and a more fulfilling life.
