Hello!
My name is Tonie and I am a licensed mental health counselor who utilizes narrative therapy, CBT, and a creative integrated approach specifically for your needs. My style is warm, intuitive, and direct, and my goal is to provide a safe space to deep sea dive into your lower caverns to unearth the most authentic expression of your self. My areas of specialty include anxiety, career concerns, women's issues, identity exploration and discovery.

I offer exclusively telehealth appointments via video and/or phone to NYS residents. Currently I have available slots in the afternoon on Thursday and a few spaces available on Saturday.
