I use a variety of treatment modalities to treat various stressors including CBT, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy amongst others. I have specialized training in clinical anxiety treatment, mindfulness, and integrative mental health treatment. I also provide faith-based counseling upon request.
We will all need support at some point in our lives and are not always able to do it alone.
