I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, practicing in this field for several years. My desire to become a therapist came about during my adolescence, when a close relative was diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Viewing his journey and seeing how poorly people with mental health concerns were treated propelled me into the helping field.
Initial sessions are focused on rapport building. My overall goal is to equip each client with the skills needed in order to manage all of the stressors that they might experience in their daily life.
I provide in office and telehealth for New Jersey. Telehealth only for Colorado and Pennsylvania. During the day it can be difficult for me to return phone calls immediately due to being in session.
