Dr. Hollins specializes in working with adults with racial/ethnic/cultural-related concerns, eating disorders, emotional eating, body image concerns, insomnia, OCD, depression, trauma, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Hollins combines evidence based treatments with a sense of compassion, collaboration, and a nonjudgemental approach.
Dr. Hollins has extensive experience working with adults in various levels of care including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. She has expertise in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Dr. Hollins will work with you to establish a safe space for you to work toward your goals and to improve your quality of life. She balances pushing clients to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while also providing validation and compassion. She is accepting new clients.
The practice Dr. Hollins works at does not accept insurance, but will provide statements for you to submit to your insurance company should you have any out-of-network benefits.
