Hey there! I'm Tiffinie!
My mission as a clinician is to empower my clients with an unbiased, supportive, and compassionate approach to therapy that works to identify and disrupt the limiting beliefs that we and society tend to impose on ourselves. My hope is to create new pathways to healing and growth in order to improve your overall well-being and as well as your relationships.
My clients can expect to begin to eradicate self-limiting beliefs and ideas about their lives and circumstances. My clients can also expect a safe, nonjudgmental, and inviting healing environment to be vulnerable and honest in order to promote change.
I believe that my work tends to resonate most with Black women and men who are struggling with their self concept and ability to self-trust. I also enjoy using contemporary culture and news to conceptualize and understand human behavior.
