Through exploration, self-awareness, understanding and responsibility comes the power of positive change. I believe the more we understand, the less we fear and the less we fear, the more we are able to change.
I specialize in individual, couples and family therapy. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, conflict, grief and loss and other issues that often interfere with living a happy and healthy lifestyle. I also offer faith-based treatment to those who may find it helpful.
