Description

Are you an African-American or Black woman in the professional world? If so, you've come to the right place. I can help you navigate and process the unique experience. We'll also work together and address any mental health concerns you may have.
My other special interests are anxiety, adult ADHD, self esteem & boundary setting and relationships. I can help whether you need a professional to help process emotions or with more complex clinical concerns. Worry, adult ADHD, depression, relationship struggles all have one thing in common. They are easier to manage with the right coping skills and professional support. Let's work together and get to a better space mentally & emotionally. Together we'll create goals and work through interventions that will lead to a healthy, more positive mind.
