Description
Tiffanie is a licensed clinical social worker, Clinical Director at Renewed Focus Psychology Services, PLLC, and an unapologetic advocate for women ready to reclaim their power and break free from what’s holding them back. Known for her down-to-earth, compassionate approach, Tiffanie helps her clients get unstuck by confronting life’s toughest challenges head-on — from trauma and relationship struggles to depression, anxiety, and self-worth issues.
Backed by years of experience and expert training in trauma-focused therapies like EMDR, DBT, CBT, and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), Tiffanie combines evidence-based techniques with deep empathy and cultural sensitivity. Her tenure at Mount Sinai Hospital’s Adolescent Health Center and now at Northside Center, allowed Tiffanie to see firsthand how unresolved pain keeps people trapped in unhealthy cycles. She now uses her expertise to guide women, teens, and families toward healing, growth, and empowerment, with a special focus on supporting women of color.
Tiffanie believes it’s okay to not be okay — but it’s also okay to demand more from life. Through therapy grounded in honesty, cultural sensitivity, and a no-nonsense approach, she helps her clients build self-awareness, set boundaries, and reclaim joy.
When she’s not changing lives, you can find her dancing like nobody’s watching, exploring the outdoors, or spending quality time with her family and her affectionate dog, Whisky.
