How many of us hold shame due to a past romantic relationship, shame because you made a decision that altered the plans you had for your life and have anxiety or depression due to such experiences and projecting these experiences in your current relationships. Tierra Ruffin: I would be happy to Journey with you. I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate what we call, “Life” Understanding that it is not perfection but progression. Such issues include but not limited to, Single parent complexities, Divorcee’s, Pre-marital Counseling, Dating Relationships, Low self-esteem/self-worth, Faith & Spirituality, Couple concerns, Anxiety and Depression
I am currently a Graduate Student at Christian Theological Seminary.
Yolanda Christie: Do you feel your life is unmanageable? If so, let me help you through the ebb and flow of life. I create a positive atmosphere, no judgment, and a safe space for you. I specialize in couples, grief, depression, trauma, and domestic violence. Side by side, we can go through this journey together. I am currently a graduate student at Christian Theological Seminary.
