It's normal to have so many different emotions during this time. Whether you feel you're in a good place in your life but would like extra support or you feel many things are going wrong and don't know where to turn. I am here to assist you wherever you may be in life to listen, uplift, and motivate you.
I specialize in relationship/friendship issues, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, transitions in life, and life stressors. My aim is to help you overcome any challenges you may be facing.
