I truly believe therapy is a safe space for you to express your emotions and thoughts that you could not do otherwise with those in your daily life.
You're on a new journey in your life that you're about to embark on and may feel overwhelmed. This is a time of your life where you will experience new things and people who will assist in shaping your life. Are you enjoying it? Or do you feel surrounded by others but not seen. It's normal to have so many different emotions during this time. Whether you feel you're in a good place in your life but would like extra support or you feel many things are going wrong and don't know where to turn. I am here to assist you wherever you may be in life to listen, uplift, and motivate you.
I specialize in relationship/friendship issues, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, transitions in life, and life stressors. My aim is to help you overcome any challenges you may be facing. I offer a safe space where you can share the positives and negatives without any judgement.
