Hey! I'm Tiera Hughes. I am a licensed professional counselor with a focus on anxiety, trauma and healing. I have over 10 years experience in the field of counseling.
I find my greatest strength is my ability to develop a therapeutic alliance with my clients. I believe counseling is a collaborative process, with the client and therapist working together. I recognize that this experience looks differently for each individual so I endeavor to meet you where you are on your journey and walk along side you to your desired destination.
