Description
At the heart of my work is the belief that trauma healing requires more than just talking about what happened. Trauma lives in the nervous system, the body, and the survival patterns we developed to protect ourselves. My work focuses on helping women move from survival mode into a more regulated, connected, and empowered way of living.
Through a holistic and trauma-informed approach, I integrate somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, breathwork, grounding practices, and traditional psychotherapy. I also incorporate meditation, psychoeducation, and body-based awareness practices to support deeper healing and self-trust.
This work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand your story, honor the wisdom of your survival, and create new experiences rooted in safety, worthiness, and wholeness.
