Tiara A. Reddick, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse
Counselor with over thirteen years of counseling experience. During her tenure in the mental health field, she has utilized her clinical expertise and passion to support individuals in various capacities ranging from private and public mental health sectors through counseling, program and professional development. Ms. Reddick's work has not been limited to the professional sector, as she serves as a leader with Leadership Prince William and mentors underprivileged youth in the Washington, DC area with Capital Partners for Education. She was selected as a 2020 Conference Speaker for the Just Ask Conference for families and survivors of human trafficking. Her continued passion is to help build the future leaders in the mental health field, bridge mental health disparities, and evoke change in mental health practices to help improve the quality of life for all.
Ms. Reddick utilizes various treatment modalities in her practice including CBT, MI, TF-CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Reality therapy. Her passion involves working with adolescents, families and individuals to help embark on a new life of change through therapy. I love to passionately help individuals on their journey of change through collaboration and engagement in the treatment process. Ms. Reddick’s motivation and life motto is “Be the Change You Wish to See in the World”- Mahatma.
